Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 5 minutes later. Council ref: 1565867.
The rotting wooden bed of the old, unused bridge between Windsor Bridge and the new Destructor Bridge is starting to collapse and has resulted in some quite large debris falling onto the riverside towpath. There's a chance it could fall on to a pedestrian or cyclist.
