Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 5 minutes later. Council ref: 1566805.

A lot of water gathers here after rainfall giving rise to danger of pedestrians being sprayed with water. There are many drains blocked in the centre of Radstock causing the same hazard. These need to be cleared soon, not left till the next rota visit.
