Loud clanking noise when vehicles drive over service cover outside 8 Mount Pleasant, Radstock, BA3 3LP
Reported in the Potholes & road surface category anonymously at 15:19, Wed 13 March 2019
Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 1 minute later. Council ref: 1571017.
Gave up waiting so have reported it on their website at www.bathnes/reportit. This service cover was installed last summer, I reported the issue to Banes back in December. I was told it was Wessex Waters service cover, but they thought it was Bristol Waters service cover. Both companies have been out at least twice each to state it was not their responsibility. It therefore must be your responsibility after all. Three months have past & I would like this issue sorted once & for all. Ive tried downloading images, but your website doesn't appear to be up to it.

Don’t you care about the welfare of the folk that live on Frome Road? We have had to put up with the incessant loud clatter of a faulty service cover for over four months! Apart from a 3 week hiatus when a less than adequate cover was replaced & failed. Come on council enough is enough, fix the service cover & let the local residents regain uninterrupted sleep during the night. I don’t know how strong a service cover is, but I hope for your sake it doesn’t fail completely.
