Mud slippery broken path & knotweed

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 4 minutes later. Council ref: 1574396.

This path has been like this for over a year. You cut the grass next to it so you must have seen it . The path is between Haydon gate and Kilmersdon cottages on left side as you come up the hill from Radstock.
