Excessive litter around Lyncombe Hill/Lyncombe Vale Road/Rosemount Lane area

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 5 minutes later. Council ref: 1590325.

. Despite it stating that the above roads and their pavements would be cleared last week of leaf litter and weeds, none of them were done. Some of the drains are yet again blocked or partially blocked by leaves etc., if unattended this leads to flooding in the event of heavy rain. Would you kindly ensure that this is now attended to urgently.
