At the entrance to Tennyson Rd, lower Weston. This is being obstructed by an over grown hedge
Reported in the Vegetation overhanging a road or pavement from private land or property category anonymously at 12:37, Tue 2 April 2019
Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 4 months, 3 weeks, 1 hour, 47 minutes later. Council ref: 1591744.
I just wanted to let you know about the pavement at the entrance to Tennyson Rd, lower Weston. This is being obstructed by an over grown hedge which means that there is about a foot of pavement space. The hedge extends about 2 feet past the boundary wall. This is forcing pedestrians out onto the road.
This hedge is owned by private property so I’m not sure if anything can be done?

I was going to report it but see someone already did it a month ago, but no action. You can't actually walk down the pavement anymore - there is a pole and no space on the outside without going into the road, and you can't get between the pole and hedge.

Although a token effort was made to cut back the hedge by about 200mm it has now regrown and pedestrians are yet again being forced into the road.
