Poor patch of road outside Perfect Fit 50, Temple Street
Reported in the Potholes & road surface category anonymously at 14:30, Wed 3 April 2019
Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 5 minutes later. Council ref: 1593079.
Your workman came to repair the road outside my shop twice last year within a few weeks as it was not done right the first time and left a huge puddle. Yet again a couple of weeks ago on Wednesday 6th March the road was repaired again to the same tarmac, and as you can see by the photo attached it is again leaving a huge puddle which engulfs my window and obviously anyone who walks by. I have my windows cleaned every week which is very frustrating when they get completely dirty from poor workmanship, Maybe it is time that I should Invoice you for my windows.

Hi, Please could you advise when the work will be done. It has been awful with the amount of rain fall that we have had today and previous days, My windows are yet again filthy.

Please could you arrange for the huge puddle to be done, You can see by the photo that it is quite a bit larger than the last photo, as I have been waiting three months since I first reported it to you. This has been a problem since second of Feb 2017 when your work force had done the first patch on the very same bit of road.

Well what can I say.. Two of your workforce has just came and looked at the tarmac where the puddle forms and said that he could not see anything wrong.. Did you not show them the enormous puddle that forms when raining, I am absolutely exasperated from the lack of concern and that they just said they would have to get the Inspector to look at it again. Please could you give this your full attention.
