Vegetation growing across the pavement surface

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 1 minute later. Council ref: 1605684.

About a third of the pavement surface is lost to vegetation growth from the verge. Also, Ivy has covered the railings there and should be removed: this is an issue for safety in Lower Hedgemead Road (the other side of the railings) as it's better for people using that road which has not houses, to feel that they're not out of sight.
