I am reporting this on behalf of my mother who is the manager at parsons bakery and on behalf of one of her customers also, i am very unhappy as my mum tripped up a step and hurt all down her sides and on her knees and has torn tissue in her boob. also the customer is suffering with injuries. i want something done about this as well as the customer otherwise we are going to take this further as i have rang up several times and nothing has been done.
