White line missing after road being dug up, it is a drop kerb and people keep parking there although the concrete hard stand is a disabled bay, by parking there we have had quite a few near misses whilst trying to pull off the bay, as we are unable to see what is coming down the road also when there is a car parked there other vechicles have to pull in sharply in order to give way to on coming traffic, due to this our car has been scraped. I am asking if the yellow lines can be put there instead of renewing the white line. I will take this further if i need to as it is very dangerous also there has been a few times where my children have been getting out of the car when the traffic has come up onto the pavement because they have had to pull in sharply

Please read above.
This issue with the white line has been going on since the water company dug up the road and havent bothered to replace the white line, but the problem with parking has been going on for ages and is now becoming very dangerous

This what occurs every morning and tea time, we get blocked in on the disabled bay by people who think it is ok to park next to a dropped kerb. We have had si many near misses where we are unable to see up the road to see if it is clear. I have asked my neighbour (no 8) to move her car but it never happens, if it isnt her parking her panda there then it is her partner parking there jaguar estate there, also visiting family members in another house always parks at the bottom of the slope which is on a dropped kerb also. There is no longer a white line si cell the water works company dug up the road and that was reported back in May but nothing has been done, there needs to a yellow line or even a double yellow line put there before there is a accident.
