Between golf course and marlborough tavern. Drain appears blocked and throwing up contents onto path when a vehicle passes over it. It's not been raining for days and with the heart of is bound to get smelly. I wouldn't want to get splashed walking past!

This drain is still blocked and full of water in dry weather. It was reported in May and it is now August. Pedestrians are getting splashed with drain water.
