Fence collapsing into footpath
Reported in the Vegetation overhanging a road or pavement from private land or property category anonymously at 08:10, Sun 19 May 2019
Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 4 days, 5 hours, 25 minutes later. Council ref: 1633782.
About half way up the lane off Lockingwell Road towards the fields there is foliage laden fence which is dangerously leaning into the public footpath. It is causing an obstruction and a danger to people passing by, especially children, if the panels were to collapse (which seems likely due to rain). Fence panels next to the leaning panels are broken and expose sharp points.
