The hedge belongs to Weston All Saints Primary School and so its their responsibility to avoid it becoming a nuisance. Can I suggest that you get in touch with the school and ask them to deal with it? thanks

We have looked into this issue and found it is not the council's responsibility. This is Weston All Saints Primary School's hedge.
Category changed from ‘Obstructive vegetation’ to ‘Overhanging Vegetation’
State changed to: not the council's responsibility
