The sign which once restricted parking to visitors to the cemetry only has now been painted over.its a great pity someone is so mean to deny easy access to people wanting to visit their family’s graves

Permission has been granted to people visiting the cemetry to park on the private road solely for-that purpose. Visiting my parents grave on Tuesday I note the sign has been painted over. Does someone have the right to so change?
