Dangerous illegal parking on pavement and white line corner.
Reported in the Obstruction on road or pavement category anonymously at 15:36, Sat 29 June 2019
Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 3 minutes later. Council ref: 1678448.
A transit van regularly parks on the single white line on the corner with a trailer. They park on the pavement so pushchairs and wheelchair users and pedestrians regularly have to go in the road. This is a blind corner so very dangerous and illegal.

Still parking dangerously.

This van continues to be parked dangerously, often right across the pavement, with a trailer in tow, meaning pedestrians have to use the road - okay if you are young and fit, not so much if you are in your eighties or nineties and struggle to get around.

Parking so dangerously this needs to be addressed.

Please please address this - pushchairs and disabled users have to go into the road on a blind bend. The person parking does not even live in Ringswell Gardens.

Still there - right across the pavement at this moment. Surely something can be done to get the driver to park more considerately.

Still there. Mind you, the trailer is a convenient place to chuck your rubbish.

I reported this originally. You need to open a new case as they closed this one saying they couldn't do anything and I had to report it to the highways department for a change in law, as they cant penalise what he is doing apparently. Maybe a few notes on the windscreen might help, I'll start them if you do too!!

I wonder what they'd say if someone had an accident because they'd had to walk in the road because the pavement was blocked by this character (like it is right now).
