Two hippo bags of waste material from building works at property in Lilac Court Keynsham Bristol BS31 2RR. Been left by the contractor for over one month, two bags mixed materials.

The work was carried out by Sovereign housing association who own the property, but the bags are not Hippo responsibility and have been abandoned for four weeks. A neighbour runs a preschool nursery in the close and regularly ensures kids are safe distance.
