Drainage London Road west

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 4 minutes later. Council ref: 1687477.
Additional to problem reported on 15th June 2019. Still no improvement to the problem caused by downpipe of 158 London Rd West discharging rainwater onto the pavement and onto wall of 160. Also in addition pipe at 160 is too narrow and potentially blocked too.
There is now a very extreme damp problem in the whole row of houses that is noticeably getting worse following building development in the area. please could i have a response soonest on what will be be done

We have looked into this issue and found it is not the council's responsibility. We have passed this report to the relevant party to take action.

This is not an issue that a homeowner could fix as it is the public pavement that needs digging up which I assume homeowners are not permitted to do
Please do not close this issue it cannot be resolved by a homeowner
