Four large hessian builders sacks of rubble have had upwards of 12 black bags full of household rubbish and garden waste added today. A neighbour saw a group of young people leaving the black sacks. This is opposite 10 Morford street where the gas utility co was connecting mains gas. The builders sacks have been left behind from the road being dug up ten days ago.
