Illuminated speeding reacting sign

Reported in the Damaged road sign category anonymously at 17:16, Thursday 11 July 2019

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 3 minutes later. Council ref: 1693220.

Re: LOWER Entry Hill speed sign

You have an illuminated speeding reacting sign for 'up-going' traffic which is obscured by hanging leaves from a tree for most of the time and it is pointless (and will be an excuse for speeding) unless you have the branches cut back. I have been told that you have Council staff (based at Victoria Park?) who are capable of carrying this out and I would expect this to be done very quickly.

  • Exactly who is "the relevant party to take action"?
