  • This complaint was submitted on the 12th of July 2019,I have been given a case number but nothing other than this has happened. Does this mean that B.A.N.E.S. is quite happy accept responsibility for any damage caused to my property by these trees. I am considering sending a copy of these complaints to my insurance company for any future reference.

  • Still no action has been taken to sort the problem which will only get worse as these trees are growing very quickly. I also want to point out that the sycamore is now overhanging my property by a substantial amount causing us some concern about the safety of these branches. The ash trees in this row of trees should also be inspected as there appears to be a few dead branches.
