The electronic 30mph road sign is not working

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 5 minutes later. Council ref: 1698271.
The electronic 30mph road sign which should be a 20mph speed sensitive road sign between 68 and 70 Charlton Road is not working. Cars drive above the speed limit and the sign would be a useful warning.

These vehicles are parked daily in these places and owners go to work in keynsham they are causing problems getting past with large pushchairs and wheelchairs they are also causing problems with pitholes in the paving and grass areas cranmore avenue
