Dead rat near 12a Powlett Court

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 39 minutes later. Council ref: 1707932.

There's a dead rat under the metal grating to the sewer, floating in the water. I noticed something a while back but couldn't see properly. Now I can and it's starting to decompose. I live right next door so be good to get it removed!
