Railings from M-Fest still blocking the front of our shop window

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 3 minutes later. Council ref: 1712369.

M-Fest took place on 13th July and the barrier railings used have been stacked and left outside of our main front window on the pavement/loading area ever since. Can these please be removed.
