Sunday 8th September. Brambles still there. This has been reported to Curo TWICE, as the park and that road is their responsibility. Can some one please act as it really is a nuisance.

Coming down Rush Hill from Clark's Way Odd Down the path is very narrow in parts due to weeds, stinging nettles and blackberry branches. My balance is not very good and I had to move to the right walking down to let someone pass me and I stumbled into the road. Had a car or lorry passed at that time I would not be here now. It is absolutely disgusting. There is dead leaves from the last two years on the path and soon the leaves will be dropping again from the many ash trees on the plot who nobody owns but the path belong to BANES. Its about time that the council wake up and do something about the path which is very narrow in parts. I have also seen a child stung by the stinging nettles while holding on to a push chair because there is not enough room to pass in some parts. Also the slip way from Rush Hill to Kingsway is disgusting. Usually loads of rubbish and over growth. The answer is usually that there is not the money to clean the pathways. You need to find money to so because it is not acceptable and wrong to have not enough walkway when the path is wide enough if it was cleaned up. Well money if often found for areas that don't need it.
