Why no FLY-POSTING option on the FMS site? The crime is rife around Bath...all for CARTERS STEAM FAIR! Why should Bath based businesses have to pay for all of their advertising whilst 'travelling' ones disobey the law and stick their distracting posters on lamposts and any other static structure they can find! YOU KNOW WHERE THEY ARE CURRENTLY BASED, BANES, so nothing to stop you going to 'The Family' and FINING THEM!

Reported in the Obstruction on road or pavement category anonymously at 14:28, Mon 5 August 2019

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 2 minutes later. Council ref: 1720608.

'Travelling' 'business' ignoring THE LAW and flyposting all over this World Heritage City! WHY is this allowed when BANES know where the culprits are currently based?

  • The ILLEGAL FLYPOSTING remained in ALL SITES REPORTED HERE ON THIS SITE for the full duration of the CARTERS FAIR money making stint in VICTORIA PARK. WHY are local businesses expected to adhere to the laws when 'transient' ones are free from ANY sanction or enforcement, despite reports being given to the site that is meant to exert the law? Very suspicious!
