Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 1 month, 3 weeks, 5 days, 14 hours, 11 minutes later. Council ref: 1722619.
One drain gully still blocked overflow on to adjoining property -this is an on going problem & getting worse engineer(did visit once but no follow up) need to view asap + plus Gully clean out team needed -they did a good job on the other drain opp side of road report/case close without checking if actions take was correct/working -are procedures in place to check actions carried out ????? please contact

Now appears most of the drains from main road -through the highfield estate are blocked - even flowing up out of manhole cover in crown of road all flowing on surface to lowest point -(coupled with diesel from surface) -flooding & now pollution of property this is an on going problem over the last couple of years
