Leaning tree getting lower on public footpath

The public footpath is getting dangerous for tall people as tree is leaning more across the footpath and getting lower. As it obstructs the light from the street lighting it could cause an accident. It is the public footpath running up the edge of Lays Drive from the bus stop.
