Several residents cars consistently park fully over the pavement. Together with the cones they use, this significantly reduces the width of the road causing congestion. On many occasions driving down the hill, I have had to avoid pedestrians who are forced to walk in the road around the cars as the paevement is fully blocked. For the visually impaired, diasbled or school children this is not acceptable and is a significant risk. The pavement is not a parking place and the cars should park elsewhere.
