Cars in breach of rule 243

Reported in the Objects in the road category by Paul Barlow at 19:01, Monday 12 August 2019

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 3 minutes later. Council ref: 1729781.

At the top of Cobblers way where the road meets Wells Road has progressively become non-allocated parking for the houses there which creates obstructions not only to cars coming into cobblers way but Lorries that service local businesses. The cars are parked within 10 metres of a this fairly busy junction and has become more and more risky for drivers. These houses have allocated parking spots to the rear of the property and they should not be permitted to park their cars in this dangerous position for convenience or because they have more than one car in their household. I propose this junction has double yellow lines continued from the junction that connects to the side street adjacent to CFH Docmail. The road (Cobblers Way) is already very busy with transitional parking from people using/working the nursery and it does not need anymore obstacles on it.
