Uneven surface around the paving slab

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 1 minute later. Council ref: 1732137.

Paving slab down the middle is now raised above the surrounding tarmac which has washed/crumbled away. Local resident has an ambulance collection and keeps tripping over the lip. Please attend
