The overhanging hedges at 511 and 513 Bath Road Saltford BS31 3HQ are continuing to be a significant obstacle to pedestrians especially those partially sighted or with limited mobility. This overgrown vegetation is forcing people into the busy A4 at a point near a pedestrian refuge and a bus stop opposite. It is a busy section of pavement. Needs action. Safety issue.
