Overgrown vegetation obscuring speed flashing sign

Overgrown vegetation along the Monksdale Road allotments from the entrance to the start of the Sandpits play park has obscured the flashing sign that tells people they are exceeding the speed limit. Speeding is a big problem on this road, it would help if this sign was visible. Also people have to walk in the road to avoid overhanging vegetation which is also dangerous.
