Collection of cardboard, plastic and MDF against end wall of Onega Terrace

Reported in the Fly-tipping category by Chris Lethbridge at 14:29, Wednesday 11 September 2019

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 3 minutes later. Council ref: 1764132.

Persistent fly tipping is a perennial problem at this location. Unfortunately it is less than a week since I last reported a problem and your team kindly responded - whereupon the items that had been removed were immediately replaced with the mess I'm reporting now. The location is adjacent to the gates of our organisation and the continual fly tipping makes it unsightly for our visitors - especially since we have a public event planned for the end of this month. Whilst I have no direct evidence for this, I strongly suspect local landlords doing work on rented properties are to blame. It has been pointed out to me that the issue becomes especially acute in the early Autumn when landlords are preparing for the return of students.
