Hand Rail Still missing

Reported in the Pavement damage category anonymously at 01:06, Tue 8 October 2019

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 4 minutes later. Council ref: 1796413.

Despite posting several messages here over the last 14 months, still nothing has been done about the hand rail that you removed because it was loose and never replaced. These are examples of original Georgian ironwork so its a pity off it's been lost. Please could you replace it if so. (It's outside 2 Brunswick Place - the steps that lead from the pavement to the road). The other hand rails in Brunswick Place have been loose for over a year (despite constant appeals to fix them to the ground) and this has almost caused serious accidents as delivery drivers regularly use them to pull themselves up onto the pavement and I have see several of them almost fall to the road when the hand rails topple over.
