Footpath not correctly closed

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 5 minutes later. Council ref: 1804188.

The Riverside Footpath between Churchill Bridge and Green Park is not correctly closed. The path is flooded due to high River levels and the Churchill Bridge end has barriers preventing access. However there is no barrier in place at the Green Park end, so walkers and cyclists are entering and having to paddle through water and mud at the lowest point. If the path is closed it should be barriered-off at both ends. Tried to report this urgently by phone, but no-one seemed able to pick up the call.
