02/11/19 Every gully drain in the section of St Stephens Road from the top of St Stephens Steps to Rivers Road cannot be seen because they are covered in debris, mud, and now leaves. The 2 gully drains at the top of St. Stephens Steps are deep in mud. Water at this point is not draining away. Can BANES update here saying when this work will be done?. KRW .
