Wet leaves on the avenue footpath in Combe down. It has already caused the footpaths to be extremely slippery and when it gets colder the entire footpath freezes and walking on the footpath becomes extremely dangerous. It is highly trafficked by school children, families and the elderly and is a hazard that should be addressed.
