Sign completely covered by foliage

There is a stop sign at an awkward junction, completely covered by hedge. Coming along Paulto’ Hill you cannot see the sign at all until you are very close to the junction. In the dark it is very dangerous as the road markings are more difficult to see due to the natural dips in the road and so the stop sign would be ideal to see.
