Leaf litter all over pavement of lower Perrymead never cleared
Reported in the Excessive or dangerous littering category anonymously at 10:15, Fri 8 November 2019
Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 4 minutes later. Council ref: 1837460.
The council says this is cleared as part of its normal street cleaning schedule. It is not. I cannot remember the last time this area was cleared. The leaf litter and mud all over the pavement and in the gulleys is now slippery, sodden and dangerous to walk on, forcing pedestrians into the road where they are at the whim of speeding commuter cars as they race into Perrymead. Please clear this litter which extends from Perrymead pavement into Prior Park Road and up to Widcombe high street. There will be an accident if this is not actioned urgently.

If scheduled, when? Freezing temperatures are forecast and the pavements are already practically impassable forcing pedestrians into the busy roads.

Thank you for clearing the pavements, however, it appears piles of leaves have simply been dumped into the gutter, blocking the gullies and drains. When it rains, as it is forecast to do heavily, then this will lead to flooding.
