Dip in the road outside of our house

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 10 minutes later. Council ref: 1858122.

When cars are travelling up our road and especially at speed there is a dip across the road that when it is driven over it makes our house vibrate and a pipe in the upstairs of our house ping.
