Sunken roadway traps water - pedestrians splashed

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 2 minutes later. Council ref: 1876799.
The roadway has sunk outside Manhattan Burger on Widcombe Parade. When it rains it fills with water, cars drive through it and the water splashes up onto the pavement. Several pedestrians have said they have been splashed since the problem started.
