Faded road markings of loading bay by zebra x'ng

Reported in the Faded road markings category anonymously at 17:21, Tue 10 December 2019

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 3 minutes later. Council ref: 1882730.

There are daily arguments here some extremely heated where people are taking advantage of the loading bay for hours on end. It's difficult to fight our case that’s it’s needed for Loading when they can barely read what it says

  • Constantly we have to put up with cars parking in the loading bay!All day today there have been people parking for hours at a time I approached one lady with her blue badge to warm her(politely) she should be careful as she would get a ticket and she wasn’t even aware it was a loading bay.We are trying to run a business which depends heavily on people being able to park to pick up heavy sacks of dog food conveniently but this can rarely happen. Please, pkease, please are you in a position to do it yet?The weather doesn’t seem to stop you road marking in Keynsham?

  • Good morning, after passing a road marking truck on Monday on my way to work I was hopeful for a split second that maybe it was our turn.No it wasn’t to be.The traffic wardens have also asked you to do this loading bay as it is constantly being abused sometimes for two hours or so?How can a vibrant shopping area cope with people taking up spaces that should be left available to vans and lorries who are trying to go about their business! Please are we on the radar for this to be painted anytime soon. Many thanks.Kay Duce
