  • Reported by telephone in January - that the pathway Shepherd's Walk? The path tween Horsecombe Grove & Beechwood Road is used by children on foot, cycle & scooter to get to Combe Down School. The puddles reach right across the footpath in several places & although wearing wellingtons it has not prevented a couple of falls & arriving at school wet & muddied. There are two raised drain rims which are a broken leg waiting to happen. We know the puddles will 'dry' but the boulders & drain rims will remain an issue. Bradford Rd has had to be used - not ideal walking for 'clean air' at peak school times. Please help get the kids to & from school dry & on the level, without the hazards. Thank You. more photos if required.
