Litter from re-cycling contractor's lorry

Reported in the Excessive or dangerous littering category anonymously at 12:53, Sunday 5 January 2020

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 3 days, 3 hours, 22 minutes later. Council ref: 1919422.

Eastern end of the Keynsham By-Pass on Friday (03 Jan) at around 09:03. Rubbish bolwing from the un-secured load of recycled paper/cardboard on your disposal contractors lorry onto the carriage-way/other traffic. I have more photos & dashcam footage if required (but too big a file to attach here). Not only is this a danger to road users, but it makes a mess and un-does all the re-cycling effort.
