Slippery footpath surface

Reported in the Pavement damage category by Cllr Shelley Bromley at 15:36, Wed 8 January 2020

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 5 minutes later. Council ref: 1926012.

This section of the Cotswold Way is frequently used by dog walkers and connects Purlewent Drive to Primrose Hill, with the Water Treatment Works on the right and garages on the left. Sections of the steep path are very slippery due to the surface and the resident who mentioned it has sprained his wrist slipping over. He has heard of others who have done the same thing. It seems to be the shiny nature of the small pieces of stone which make up the rough surface, as shown. Is this a Council-maintained path?
