Highway drains blocked
Reported in the Blocked drain: Blockage inside drain category anonymously at 12:31, Fri 17 January 2020
Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 4 minutes later. Council ref: 1944671.
Highway gullies at the top of church Lane blocked. Not draining the Highway sufficiently. Blocked with leaves and debris from the road. Both road and drains need cleaning.

There is no significant difference I don't know if they just cleared one drain but certainly the 2 outside our house are completely blocked and can't cope with any rainfall

The drains remain thickly covered with debris, although we haven't had heavy rain for a little while the problem has6bern resolved so the issues will continue

Although we have not had any significant rain in recent weeks due to leaf fall it will undoubtedly be an even greater problem. All drains thickly covered with leaves and on the opposite side of the road mud fall from the bank completely obscured one drain.
