The condition of the road surface on the mini roundabout is completely unacceptable. This was first reported in January. Why has nothing been done yet?!

This problem is just getting worse and is totally unacceptable. It is no good just filling a few holes and hoping for the best. This is a mini roundabout and on one of the main access/egress roads to stockwood. It gets churned up every year. It needs a proper solution, with suitable grade surfacing to prevent this from continually happening. The Govt has now provided funding for fixing roads, so just get on with it as a priority!

Not sure how the council can argue this doesn't need immediate rectification - the roundabout has completely disappeared and the road surface is awful. There will be an accident here soon if it's not resolved as it's impossible to tell if it's still a roundabout or a junction!

The Council seem to have filled a couple of holes. I trust this is only a very temporary repair and that a permanent solution is imminent, as this certainly does not constitute “job done”, there are still many more potholes on this “once” roundabout, along with those at the junction of Staunton Lane and Wells Road and the hill by Whitegates. But of course, this isn’t Bath so we don’t matter!
