Charged £6.40 to park although I have a Blue Badge. Some signs say no charge then at the meter it says charges apply with. £95 fine if not paid. I would like to claim back £6.40 please.

The lights in this car park need are in a very poor state and need to be upgraded. We have provided a quote for this and are waiting on confirmation if to proceed. Please note for this reason this work may not take place until the new financial year. The report is now closed, further comments may not be monitored.
