Handrail fallen at top of steps from Greenbank Gardens, leading to Crown Road. TRIP HAZARD.

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 2 minutes later. Council ref: 1962408.
Trip hazard at top of steps. hand rail has fallen down and could trip someone up in the dark. it is now at knee level. i have put a white plastic bag on it as temporary measure.

Handrail is currently lifted up onto wall, but isn't attached. It needs soldering or a new wall attachment.
