Fed up with the recycling men. They leave rubbish behind. Leave lids lieing around on the pavement. Today I witness one of your staff through a recycling bin and just missed my neighbours car. They absolutely careless. Don't put out recycling boxes back neatly just scattered all over the pavement. This isn't the first time they have done this.
